Who controls the data
SolarLab Energy s.r.o., Kurzova 2222/16, 155 00 Prague, Czech Republic, Company ID 19133561, is the controller for website inquiries.
Contact-form processing
We process the information you submit to respond to your inquiry and take steps requested before a possible contract. The website does not write inquiries to a lead database. The message is delivered by email and may remain in the recipient mailbox under normal business retention.
Analytics
Vercel Web Analytics provides aggregated page and interaction measurement. Simulator events contain only locale, plant type and categorized outcome. Coordinates, location labels, project names and capacities are never sent to analytics.
Anti-spam
Cloudflare Turnstile evaluates browser and request signals to distinguish people from automated abuse. The verification token is checked on the server before email delivery.
Service providers
Vercel hosts the website and provides analytics, Cloudflare provides anti-spam verification, Resend provides email delivery, Open-Meteo provides automatic place-name geocoding, Mapbox provides optional map display and pin refinement, and the European Commission's PVGIS service provides solar-resource calculations. Browser location is used only after permission and is not retained by the website. Map usage is associated with SolarLab's Mapbox account. Simulation inputs are processed for the request and are not stored in a website database.
Retention
The website keeps no persistent copy of the form submission. Email correspondence is retained only as long as needed for inquiry handling, legal obligations and legitimate business records.
